采埃孚股份公司（ZF Friedrichshafen AG）总部位于德国腓特烈港（Friedrichshafen）市，全球500强，是全球汽车行业的合作伙伴和零配件供应商，专业提供传输、转向、底盘系统等汽车零配件。此次璞勒仕设计施工的是采埃孚上海办公楼，该项目一共8层，总面积约1万平方米。

ZF Friedrichshafen AG, headquartered in Friedrichshafen, Germany, is one of the top 500 companies in the world. As the partner and spare parts supplier in the global automotive industry, ZF Friedrichshafen AG specializes in providing such automotive parts as in transmission, steering,chassis systems. PLUSspace has been responsible for the design and construction of the ZF Shanghai office building. The building, with a total of 8 floors, covers the area of about 10,000 square meters.

Entrance Hall 1st floor

在传统办公场景里，墙、梁、隔断的交叉构图，传达的是特定结构下的空间主体功能。以流动的线型勾勒整个入口空间，灵动的天花造型完整而流畅，简洁的地面与天花曲线交相映衬。大面积的落地窗给予空间明亮通透的感官体验，水磨石的地面材质与玻璃材质的搭配，色彩不一的光线交错出虚实间的美感。

In the traditional office scenario, the cross composition of walls, beams and partitions conveys the main spatial function of certain structure. The entire entrance space is outlined with flowing lines.The flexible shape of ceiling coveys completeness and smoothness. The concise ground and ceiling curves complement each other. The large floor-to-ceiling windows enable the space bright and transparent. The combination of the terrazzo floor and the glass creates a beauty off and on the reality in colorful lights.

无序与有序，构建了这个时空的秩序；黑白的表达了这个世界的包容。空间中两种形态的交叠，把无序与有序完美融合，让产品寓于黑白之中。视界与边界转换，启动下一个场。

Disorder and order construct the order of the time and space. Black and white shows the tolerance of the world. The overlapping of the two forms in the space perfectly integrates disorder and order, embedding the product in black and white. The event horizon and boundary switch, leading to the next scenario.

简洁的材质搭配，让一切归于原始和宁静。窗外的蓝天连绵不断，阳光毫不吝啬地倾泻，跳跃在整洁的桌面、墙面。此时的展现出灵动，活泼的身姿，与空间上的不规则相映成趣。

The concise material combination sends everything back to originality and tranquility. The blue sky outside the window is boundless. Pouring unsparingly, the sun is jumping on the neat desktop and wall. At this time, the smart and lively sunshine contrasts with the irregular space.

Negotiation rooms and Meeting rooms All floors

沿着走廊，可以依次看见小会议室、洽谈室、独立办公空间。黑色铝合框架及大面积的玻璃落地窗构建了一个个澄净明亮的空间，按照序列排布，清晰地沿走廊一一呈现。当阳光倾泻而下，骨骼分明的黑白线条也会展现出不一样的明亮色彩。

Along the corridor, you can see small meeting rooms, negotiation rooms, and independent office spaces in turn. The black aluminum frame and the large glass floor-to-ceiling windows create some clear and bright spaces, which are arranged in order and clearly showcased one by one along the corridor. When the sun pours down, the sharp-edged black and white lines will show a different brightness.

The 8th Floor High-rise office space

总的来说，8楼的高层办公室采用大面积木材、石材的应用营造出自然和谐的美感，清净质朴中不失简约干练。书柜的设计体现个人品位，通过展示柜内陈设彰显管理者的品味及文化底蕴。

In general, the high-rise office on the 8th floor uses a large area of wood and stone to create a natural and harmonious aestheticism which is clean and plain yet simple and concise. The design of the bookcase reflects personal taste, and the display cabinet reveals the manager's taste and cultural heritage.
